Tasha Gaskins, MSW, MPA

Tasha is an accomplished leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience driving organizational growth and transformation. As a seasoned People Leader, Director, and Business Owner, she specializes in organizational development, leadership coaching, operational efficiency, and fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Tasha has designed and led programs that seamlessly blend clinical expertise with strategic and operational excellence, helping organizations strengthen their teams, culture, and overall impact.


With more than a decade of leadership experience, Tasha specializes in building high-functioning teams, coaching emerging managers, and fostering workplace cultures where employees feel supported both personally and professionally. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in growth, transparency, authenticity, compassion, and sustainability—equipping leaders with the tools to navigate workplace demands while honoring the human needs of employees.


Now through her consulting practice, GrowthPoint Strategies, Tasha partners with individuals, nonprofits, and businesses to strengthen leadership capacity, support career development, and foster cultures of belonging and resilience.

Maritza Campbell, MA

With a Master of Arts in Human Services for Executive Management and over 20 years of executive leadership support experience, Maritza is a seasoned organizational consultant and leadership coach who transforms businesses by strengthening their most valuable asset: their people. She specializes in people-centered problem solving, leadership development, and operational excellence, helping organizations build resilient cultures and systems that drive sustainable growth. Drawing from extensive work with corporate and healthcare organizations, and small businesses, Maritza provides comprehensive services including strategic planning, policy development, executive coaching, organizational assessments, and DEI initiatives that improve retention rates, streamline operations, and position organizations for scalable growth.


Maritza's unique combination of executive management training, human services expertise, and real-world leadership experience positions me as both a strategic thought partner and hands-on problem-solver for entrepreneurs and growing businesses. Raven Gibbs, MS, LCMHCA, NCC

Raven is a dedicated author and licensed psychotherapist passionate about promoting mental wellness and breaking down barriers to care across the beautiful state of North Carolina. With years of experience serving diverse populations, Raven has made it her life's work to ensure that every individual she encounters feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. 


Driven by her deep compassion and commitment to community, Raven recognized early on the unique challenges many people face in seeking mental health support, particularly in communities where stigma and limited access to resources create additional barriers. Guided by this understanding, she envisioned a new way to deliver care - one rooted in cultural sensitivity.


Raven continues to make a profound impact, particularly in underserved communities where mental health needs are often overlooked. Raven supports organizations through team building, individual coaching, and organizational wellness initiatives designed to strengthen culture, performance, and connection. Arleathea Jones (AJ), BA, SPHR

Arleathea Jones (AJ) is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with extensive experience guiding both fast-growing start-ups and Fortune 500 corporations across the globe. Known for her ability to build strategic HR frameworks from the ground up, AJ partners with emerging businesses to establish solid foundations in compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce development, while also advising multinational companies on complex employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
